The Mission

Pix by Powers preserves all of life’s precious moments, from major milestones to everyday joys, so you can live them fully today and relive them forever.

I’ve loved storytelling for as long as I can remember. As a kid, my creative outlets spanned creative writing, filming with my friends, and turning every school project into a video if I could get away with it. That love eventually led me to study journalism and film, and later earn my B.F.A. in Documentary Production at the University of Central Florida (GNCO!)

Over the years, I’ve worked across many areas of media—from live production to streaming services, events, studio and lifestyle photography—but what’s always grounded me is storytelling. That’s really what Pix by Powers is at its core: capturing real life in a way that feels emotional and authentic to yourself.

I’m based in Florida’s First Coast (Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Fernandina Beach) but love to travel wherever your story takes me.

Pix by Powers is dedicated to Papa Freddy, the original cameraman of the family.

Growing up, my mom made photo albums of our lives each year, and I still find myself flipping through them today. There’s just something so profound about holding memories literally in your hands. That’s what I want for my clients: nostalgia, love, and the feeling of home. Even when your gallery is digital, it’s crafted to feel tangible, like flipping through memories you can touch.

When we work together, it’s not just a session. It’s hanging out, making memories, and capturing them honestly. I’m honored to be invited into these moments, and I deeply cherish the trust it takes to let me tell your story.

My inspiration comes from the idea of preserving memories in a way you can feel.
